Yes. Bookman ships products globally. European dispatches arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Shipments to North America, the UK, Switzerland, and Asia-Pacific markets take approximately 3 to 6 working days via tier-1 international courier partners.
How are customs duties, VAT, and import taxes handled for global orders?
All European Union shipments include applicable VAT with no customs friction. Orders bound for North America have customs clearance pre-arranged. For other destination countries, local duties and import charges are assessed according to national trade regulations. Full commercial invoices with HS codes are provided for every parcel.

Unused products in complete original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All items must remain in re-saleable condition.

The Volume 1500 and Volume 800 feature our patented Power Wheel dial switch. Instead of pressing small buttons repeatedly, riders turn a tactile dial to increase or decrease brightness seamlessly. This design is easily operable while wearing heavy winter gloves and allows instant light adjustment for oncoming traffic.
Why does Bookman utilize user-replaceable lithium-ion batteries?
Built-in non-replaceable batteries lead to early product disposal once the cell degrades. Bookman Volume lights utilize replaceable 21700 / 18650 Li-ion batteries, allowing cyclists to swap fresh cells on endurance rides and extending overall product lifecycle for years.
Are replacement batteries approved for commercial air travel?
Yes. The Volume 1500 cell (approx. 14.4 Wh) and Volume 800 cell (approx. 11.5 Wh) are well below the strict 100 Wh airline ceiling for portable lithium cells. Batteries carry UN38.3 safety certification and are safe for carry-on luggage when terminals are isolated.

Volume headlights feature a GoPro-compatible interface and include a standard Garmin-pattern quarter-turn mount. The mounting system fits standard 31.8mm/35mm round bars as well as oval aerodynamic road handlebar profiles.
